Front Desk Coordinator - The Face & Voice of Our Practice!

Right now, we are looking for a sharp, articulate Front Desk Coordinator to be the literal "Director of First Impressions" for our team.
Who You Are:
The Ultimate Communicator:
You are well-spoken, write with absolute clarity, and possess a genuinely warm tone. You can make anyone feel comfortable within 10 seconds of meeting them.
College Educated:
You hold a Bachelor's or Associate's degree and love using your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to keep things running smoothly.
Positivity Personified:
You bring a bright, solution-oriented attitude to work every single day. Fast-paced days don't rattle you—they energize you!
Tech-Savvy:
You pick up on software quickly and enjoy organizing details. (
Note:
No Prior dental experience necessary,but if you have the degree, the personality, and a background in high-end hospitality, retail, or client relations, we want to talk to you! We will happily train the right person on dental software and insurance.)
What You'll Do:
Help make decisions with a strong team on running a large practice Work with patients to make dental care decisions and manage finances learn and help market as well as work with doctors to increase productivity Pay Range, e.g., $25-$33/hour depending on experience]
