Job Description
Serves as the liaison between the College's Health Sciences programs (excluding dental health programs) and affiliated healthcare agencies; develops, coordinates, and maintains collaborative relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, community agencies, and other clinical partners and identifies new clinical placement opportunities to support program growth; coordinates the development, execution, renewal, and maintenance of clinical affiliation agreements, contracts, and Memoranda of Understanding; maintains and updates database of all clinical affiliations, agreements, renewal dates, and required documentation; coordinates student clinical placements in collaboration with program directors, faculty, and clinical affiliate partners; ensure student placements meet program accreditation standards, clinical objectives, and affiliation requirements; communicate clinical schedules, placement assignments, and onboarding timelines to faculty, students, and affiliate representatives; assists with resolving clinical placement issues and scheduling conflicts; assists health sciences programs with maintaining documentation required for accreditation and regulatory compliance; coordinates the collection, review, verification, and monitoring of required student and faculty clinical documentation including immunization records, physical examinations, drug screenings, CPR certification, criminal background clearances, child abuse clearances, FBI fingerprint clearances, OSHA, HIPAA, and all other required clinical training documentation; monitors compliance deadlines and communicated deficiencies to students, faculty, and program personnel.
