As a Clinical ABA Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in: Assisting behavior analysts in implementing and monitoring ABA programs, ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans. Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior plans under the supervision of a certified BCBA. Overseeing the implementation of treatment plans and programming for clients on your caseload, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Either a Bachelor's with 12 semester units of ABA coursework and one year of BT experience, OR a Bachelor's with two years of BT experience Must have a Master's degree or be enrolled in a Master's degree program Experience working with young people diagnosed with behavioral health disorders with an emphasis on ASD and related disorders The ability to travel to various locations to meet with families, Behavior Technicians, and clients. Preferred Experience:
Experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
