Natural Behavioral Solutions is seeking a BCBA Center Director to provide clinical leadership within our Martinez clinic. This role is designed for a BCBA who enjoys developing clinicians, building strong teams, supporting families, solving clinical challenges, and helping create a center where both clients and staff can thrive. The Center Director maintains a deliberately small caseload of approximately 3-4 clients while serving as a primary clinical leader for the Martinez clinic, supporting multiple BTs/RBTs and providing mentorship and clinical oversight to a mid-level Program Supervisor. Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, with clinical services and team support occurring primarily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Martinez, California.

Caseload:

Approximately 3-4 clients, depending on clinical complexity and supervisory needs.

Work Model:

Primarily center-based with hybrid flexibility. The Center Director should expect to work onsite in the Martinez clinic approximately 3-4 days each week to provide clinical leadership, observe treatment, coach staff, support families, and remain closely connected to day-to-day clinical services. The remaining 1-2 days may be completed remotely when clinically appropriate and consistent with the needs of the clinic, clients, and treatment teams. Occasional support in home or community-based settings may also be needed when clinically appropriate. This is a leadership position with hybrid flexibility and is not a fully remote position. Clinical Leadership Responsibilities Lead Clinical Quality Across the Center Help ensure that services provided throughout the Martinez clinic reflect NBS's expectations for individualized, ethical, compassionate, evidence-based treatment.

You will help monitor:

Develop the Program Supervisor The Center Director will work closely with a mid-level Program Supervisor and support their continued development as a clinician and leader. This includes mentorship and consultation related to:

Develop BTs and RBTs The Center Director should be visible and accessible to the BT/RBT team.

Maintain Your Own Clinical Practice The Center Director will maintain approximately 3-4 clients and remain directly involved in treatment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and reassessments

• Developing function-based behavior intervention plans
• Analyzing clinical data
• Monitoring client progress
• Providing caregiver training

• Completing progress reports and funder documentation
• Supporting generalization, transition, and discharge planning

Approximately 3+ years of BCBA experience preferred, although we are willing to consider a strong BCBA who has demonstrated meaningful leadership and is ready to take the next step in their career. Previous formal Center Director experience is preferred but not required. We are especially interested in candidates with experience:

• Leading clinic-based ABA teams
• Supervising multiple BTs/RBTs
