Job Description

Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is interested in more than a traditional BCBA role. This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to play a key role in building a mission-driven organization from the ground up and potentially grow into a long-term leadership or partner position within the company. In addition to clinical and program development support, this role may include the opportunity for equity or a stake in the organization for the right individual whose experience, vision, and long-term commitment align with Clear Path's mission and goals. Position Summary This role is ideal for a BCBA who has experience in autism services, clinical oversight, and program development and who is excited by the idea of helping build an organization in its early stages. The selected candidate will help guide the development of the agency's clinical framework, policies, procedures, service model, and operational readiness as Clear Path prepares to launch services in Massachusetts. What Makes This Role Different This isn't a standard BCBA position focused on maintaining a caseload. It's a chance to help build an organization from the ground up — to shape its clinical direction and grow into a leadership role as it takes shape. We're looking for someone who wants more than a job description. Someone who sees real value in building something meaningful, who wants an actual voice in how services are developed, and who's open to a larger role within the organization as it grows. Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in autism services or ABA programs. Experience supervising clinical staff and supporting behavior intervention services. Strong understanding of clinical documentation, compliance, and quality assurance. Excellent written communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Passion for building meaningful systems of care and support for children and families. Responsibilities Assist in the development and review of policies and procedures. Help design ABA service delivery models, program structure, and clinical workflows. Provide guidance on documentation standards, compliance, and clinical best practices. Support the development of service descriptions, admission criteria, and clinical processes. Assist with startup planning related to licensure readiness, staffing models, and service implementation. Contribute to the creation of a high-quality, ethical, and family-centered clinical culture. Provide strategic input on how to structure and grow autism services within the organization. Opportunity to be a part of ongoing leadership responsibilities as the organization grows. Compensation & Structure Compensation is negotiable and will depend on experience, responsibilities, and whether the role is structured as consulting, part-time, or full-time. For the right candidate, Clear Path is open to discussing long-term leadership opportunities and potential equity/ownership stake as the organization grows. What Clear Path Can Offer Flexible role structure during the startup phase, including consulting, part-time, hybrid, or phased involvement. Founding-level influence in shaping the clinical direction, systems, standards, and service model of the organization. Opportunity to help build policies, procedures, documentation standards, and a strong clinical foundation from the ground up. A meaningful voice in organizational development, staffing structure, service quality, and long-term growth planning. Potential to grow into a Clinical Director, Founding Clinical Leader, or Clinical Partner role as the organization expands. Potential equity / ownership discussion for the right long-term candidate whose vision, contribution, and commitment align with the future of Clear Path. The opportunity to help create an ethical, family-centered, and clinically strong autism services organization designed with long-term quality in mind—not just volume.
