Location:
Greenbelt, MDSalary Range:
$100,000- $110,000 + $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly.
Flexible Schedule:
Opportunities to work in-home that includes Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons. No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions. You're in full controlComprehensive Benefits:

Deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment with meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with families and insurance providers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery
- Create materials to support behavior plans
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives
- Supervise and mentor behavioral direct care staff, BCaBAs, and BCBA trainees
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans to meet evolving client needsQualifications
- Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
- Experience with toddlers, children, and adults in behavioral services preferred
