Vital Connection Chiropractic in Fishers is hiring a part-time Chiropractic Assistant who will work hands-on with our clients and manage the financial side of their care. Full training provided — no chiropractic experience required — and we pay for your X-ray certification after your probationary period. Pay is $20

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hybrid position, and that's the best part of it. Part of your day is financial: managing client accounts, explaining treatment plans, and walking clients through their payment options. The rest is hands-on with our clients, assisting our doctors and helping people through their care. You'll move between the front and the back of the clinic as the day requires. • Confidently explain financial commitments, care plans, and payment options
• Set up payment arrangements and collect payments in a friendly, direct, professional manner
• Maintain accuracy in financial records, billing systems, and reporting
• Follow up on account balances with clarity and respect Hands-On Patient Care
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment between clients
• Assist our doctors with patient examinations and therapies
• Guide clients through prescribed exercises and stretches
• Capture client success stories through video testimonials and Google reviews Client Experience and Team Support

• Schedule appointments and keep clinic flow moving
• Bridge communication between the doctors, scheduling, and finances

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma and 2+ years in a client-facing, financial, or administrative support role
• Strong math skills and real confidence with numbers and transactions
• Comfort initiating conversations about money and collecting payments directly
• Genuine flexibility — you'll wear several hats in a single shift
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and tact
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• A polished, professional presence — you communicate clearly and hold yourself to our standards for appearance and conduct
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to stand and move throughout the day; this is not a desk-only role Preferred but not required: a certificate or 2-year degree in business, finance, or a related field; experience in health, wellness, or private practice; familiarity with medical office software.
