Clinical Director / BCBA - Growth Opportunity Wholesome Care ABA | North Carolina Wholesome Care ABA is seeking an experienced Clinical Director / BCBA to join our growing organization. This position is designed for a motivated BCBA who is interested in developing into a Clinical Director role while continuing to provide high-quality clinical services. The Clinical Director will play a key role in helping shape our clinical programs, support staff development, and ensure exceptional outcomes for children and families. Position Overview The Clinical Director position will begin as a combination of direct billable BCBA services and non-billable leadership responsibilities. The Clinical Director will initially maintain a small caseload while assisting with clinical oversight, quality assurance, program development, and team growth. As Wholesome Care ABA expands, the Clinical Director role is expected to grow into a larger leadership position with increased responsibility and oversight. Responsibilities Provide direct BCBA services, including assessments, treatment plan development, parent training, and supervision. Support the organization's clinical operations as a Clinical Director, ensuring quality care and compliance. Mentor and support BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and clinical development initiatives. Review clinical documentation and ensure adherence to payer and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth and clinical excellence initiatives. Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis. Experience supervising ABA programs and clinical staff. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Desire to grow into a long-term Clinical Director leadership role. Compensation & Growth This BCBA position will start on an hourly basis and include a mix of billable and non-billable hours each week. The selected Clinical Director candidate will have the opportunity to help build a growing ABA organization and advance into a senior Clinical Director leadership position as the company expands.
