LightPath Behavioral Solutions LightPath Behavioral Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA organization as our Clinical Director . This is a leadership opportunity for a BCBA who wants to play an important role in developing and growing a high-quality ABA program while maintaining strong clinical and ethical standards. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services Supervise and support Behavior Technicians/RBTs and clinical staff Conduct and oversee initial and ongoing ABA assessments Develop, review, and approve individualized treatment plans Review client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications Provide parent/caregiver training Ensure appropriate clinical documentation and timely completion of reports Monitor treatment integrity and quality of services Ensure compliance with BACB standards and funding-source requirements Assist with training, onboarding, and development of clinical staff Collaborate with company leadership regarding clinical operations and growth Communicate with families, funding sources, schools, and other providers when appropriate Help establish and maintain company-wide clinical policies and standards Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of assessments, treatment planning, behavior intervention plans, parent training, and staff supervision Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Reliable transportation for in-home services within Orange County Position Full-time/Part Time Leadership/Clinical Director position In-home ABA services throughout Orange County Administrative responsibilities may be completed remotely when appropriate Competitive salary based on experience Performance/growth bonus opportunities Opportunity to grow with the organization and play a major role in shaping its clinical department We are looking for a BCBA who wants more than simply managing a caseload. $65.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
