MisterHealth is Connecticut's premier men's mental health and sexual health practice, helping men improve their relationships, confidence, emotional health, and overall quality of life. We're growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our leadership team as a Clinical Supervisor . This is more than a supervision role. We're looking for someone who enjoys mentoring clinicians, developing future leaders, maintaining high clinical standards, and helping build one of the nation's leading specialty practices focused on men's mental health. What You'll Do As our Clinical Supervisor, you will: Provide individual clinical supervision to LMSWs pursuing Connecticut licensure Provide consultation and support to fully licensed clinicians Review clinical documentation and ensure quality of care Assist with complex clinical cases and ethical decision-making Foster clinician growth through mentorship and coaching Support onboarding and ongoing professional development Promote evidence-based, client-centered treatment Collaborate with leadership regarding quality improvement initiatives Help cultivate a positive, supportive clinical culture Assist with clinical policies, best practices, and program development Who We're Looking For You are someone who: Loves mentoring clinicians Enjoys helping therapists become more confident and effective Has excellent clinical judgment Leads with humility, curiosity, and accountability Believes in creating an encouraging team culture Enjoys solving clinical challenges collaboratively Is passionate about men's mental health and reducing stigma Feels comfortable discussing sexual health in a professional, affirming, and evidence-based manner and identifies as "Sex-Positive" Wants to help build something bigger than a traditional therapy practice Minimum Qualifications Required Active Connecticut Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Eligible to provide clinical supervision for LMSWs in Connecticut Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience Experience providing clinical supervision Strong knowledge of ethics, documentation, and evidence-based treatment Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Previous Clinical Director, Program Supervisor, or Management experience Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams Experience working with men's mental health Experience discussing or treating sexual health concerns Training in trauma-informed care Experience with couples therapy Interest in program development and clinician education Passion for innovation in behavioral healthcare Why Join MisterHealth?
