Monday through Friday (most Saturday's), 11:00pm-7:00am Pay could vary with relevant experience. What's In it for You? Job Responsibilities:
Continually monitor bottle quality to ensure customer satisfaction Perform leak detector and vision system checks Perform tests for all lines: finish measurements, wall thickness, top load, bottle heigh and panel widths, drop tests, weight, visual and bottle integrity inspections, volume and overflow Use of the following equipment: caliper, scale, and, height gauge Basic ability to troubleshoot testing equipment Perform line inspections Place nonconforming product on hold, tagging each pallet, and ensuring the product is isolated and moved to the designated hold area Work with machine operators, supervisors, etc. to correct defective conditions Conduct first article inspections on new product, new molds, and at line start-ups Maintain quality records
Skills/Qualifications:
Possess basic math and writing skills Ability to read, understand, and apply work instructions and job aids Ability to utilize the required testing equipment, including hand held calipers when necessary 3rd
