- Division of Community Health Services (CHS) - Credentialing
- The Administrative Services Assistant (ASA) will assist the CHS Credentialing Team with administrative and operational support for credentialing and recredentialing activities.
- Assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting medical and dental credentialing and recredentialing documentation.
- Track credentialing submissions, deadlines, expiration dates, statuses, and required follow-up.
- Assist with maintaining accurate provider, facility, and credentialing records and databases.
- Coordinate collection of required information and documentation from CHS staff and other stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain credentialing files, correspondence, confirmation records, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with routine credentialing communications and payor updates.
- Provide administrative support for reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and status updates.
- Assist the Credentialing Team with special projects and other CHS credentialing-related duties as assigned.
