Adolescent Residential Treatment Salary:

Wings Adolescent Recovery Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary treatment team serving adolescents ages 13-18 with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced addiction professional who enjoys both supporting other counselors and being actively involved in the day-to-day work of treatment . At Wings, our counselors are part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team that includes licensed therapists, addiction counselors, nurses, social workers, case managers, residential staff, fitness and nutrition professionals, and other dedicated specialists. Our LADC Supervisor helps provide guidance, consistency, and support to the addiction counseling team while working closely with program leadership and other clinical disciplines. What You'll Do As an LADC Supervisor, you will: Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to ADC-T and LADC staff as well as interns and assistants as assigned. Provide clinical consultation and support to counselors regarding client needs, treatment planning, documentation, and challenging situations. Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Review clinical documentation and help ensure services are timely, accurate, and consistent with program and regulatory requirements. Assist with assessments, treatment planning, transition planning, and discharge planning as needed. Participate in and provide oversight of substance use counseling services, including individual and group programming. Facilitate case consultation and support collaboration among counselors and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Assist with onboarding, training, mentoring, and professional development of addiction counseling staff. Help identify and address barriers to effective treatment and support consistent clinical practices across the program. Assist with maintaining compliance with applicable Minnesota DHS and program requirements. Support crisis intervention and problem-solving when complex client or staff situations arise. Communicate effectively with the Clinical Director, program leadership, counselors, therapists, residential staff, and other team members. Assist with day-to-day program needs and provide leadership when challenges arise. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and model ethical, trauma-responsive, and recovery-oriented care. Provide direct counseling services when appropriate and as needed to support program operations. Minimum Qualifications Current LADC license in the State of Minnesota. Demonstrated experience providing substance use disorder services. Experience working in a substance use treatment setting. Ability to successfully pass a Minnesota DHS background study. Strong understanding of ethical, professional, and regulatory requirements related to substance use disorder treatment. Ability to provide effective leadership, feedback, and support to other counseling staff. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Passion for working with adolescents ages 13-18. Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Experience supervising ADC-Ts or other addiction counseling staff. Experience working with adolescents. Experience treating co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Additional clinical licensure or education is a plus. Experience working in residential treatment. Familiarity with Minnesota DHS licensing and documentation requirements.
