Job Description
The
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader
- plays a key leadership role, providing
- clinical supervision, direct client care, staff development, crisis support,
- and
- operational oversight
- across locations in Tennessee and/or Kentucky. They ensure
- ethical, trauma-informed, spiritually integrated care
- while mentoring clinicians, supporting licensure requirements, and maintaining clinical standards. Responsibilities include
- supervising staff, delivering direct therapy, managing crises, participating in leadership teams,
- and contributing to program development and quality improvement. Qualifications require a
- Master's in Social Work, active LCSW licensure in
TN/KY, 2-3
years of post-licensure experience,- and experience in
- clinical supervision and leadership.
