LMSW Therapist - Trauma-Focused EMDR Training Preferred | LCSW Supervision Included Everwell Mind & Body, PLLC is hiring an LMSW to provide individual psychotherapy to clients in Texas. We currently have clients on our waitlist seeking support for trauma and related concerns, so we are specifically looking for a clinician with trauma-focused education, training, or supervised clinical experience. The therapist will complete intake assessments, develop treatment plans, provide ongoing psychotherapy, maintain timely clinical documentation, coordinate care when appropriate, and participate in regular group clinical supervision. Services may be provided through telehealth, with optional use of our furnished office in The Woodlands for in-person sessions. What You'll Do Provide individual psychotherapy to clients referred through Everwell Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide trauma-informed treatment within your current competence and scope of practice Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and other required documentation Assess and respond appropriately to clinical risk and safety concerns Collaborate with the clinical supervisor regarding treatment planning, complex cases, ethical concerns, and professional development Communicate professionally with clients, referral sources, and other providers when coordination is clinically appropriate Follow applicable Texas laws, professional ethics, supervision requirements, and payer guidelines Build and maintain a caseload of approximately 10 or more clients per week Compensation and Practice Support This is a 1099 independent-contractor position for a Texas LMSW working toward clinical licensure. Individual supervision toward the LCSW is provided by a Texas Board-approved LCSW-S as part of the 60/40 compensation split, with no separate supervision fee.
