CARE COORDINATOR
Pike Acupuncture & Wellness in Milford, PA is looking for a warm, confident, highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an all-hands-on-deck position for someone who can move comfortably between patient care, front-office responsibilities, scheduling, communication, and general clinic support. One moment you may be welcoming a new patient or answering the phone; the next, you may be preparing a treatment room, assisting a practitioner, or helping a patient understand what comes next.
Your responsibilities may include:
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience Answering phones, texts, and emails Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments Collecting forms, patient information, and payments Preparing treatment rooms and patients for appointments Assisting practitioners and supporting patients during treatment Applying or removing treatment equipment after training Explaining appointment expectations, home-care instructions, and next steps Following up with prospective and current patients Maintaining accurate records Keeping treatment and common areas clean, stocked, and organized Helping wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly Some days will be calm. Others will feel like controlled chaos. We need someone who can juggle several responsibilities while making every patient feel heard, cared for, and important. You may be a great fit if you are: Warm, outgoing, and comfortable working closely with people Professional and confident on the phone Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Calm under pressure and able to multitask Compassionate with people who may be nervous, frustrated, or in pain Resourceful and willing to jump in wherever needed Fluent in English and Spanish No medical experience? No problem. We will train the right person. Experience in healthcare, caregiving, hospitality, customer service, scheduling, reception, or sales is helpful, but personality, professionalism, and a willingness to learn matter most. This is primarily a weekday, daytime position at our Milford clinic, with occasional community events.
