Role :

In this position you will meet with new patients to consult for their needs and goals. After they meet with our Chiropractors and Physician Assistants, you review with them their recommended treatment plan, insurance coverage, estimated patient responsibility and payment options. You will audit superbills and provider documentation for accuracy & completion and communicate with the billing team any changes in the patient's plan. Duties also include assisting at the front desk, scanning, filing, and misc. administrative duties. Basic computer skills are a must•familiarity with Google Suite & Tebra/Kareo is a huge plus!
