Mental Health Treatment Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations within an outpatient substance use disorder and mental health treatment program. The Program Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the clinical team, oversee intake operations, coordinate treatment schedules, and serve as a resource and role model for staff. The position reports to the Regional Clinical Director and works closely with treatment staff, APNs, and external laboratory vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the intake department and related operations. Supervise treatment staff and provide ongoing guidance and support. Oversee daily onsite program operations. Coordinate weekly treatment schedules and make adjustments as needed. Arrange group coverage when necessary. Serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff. Intervene appropriately in challenging or crisis clinical situations. Manage and support APNs, including OBAT services. Serve as the liaison with the laboratory vendor. Support the overall delivery and coordination of SUD and mental health services. Help maintain efficient and effective program operations.
Qualifications :
Master's-level degree required. New graduates may be considered if they meet the educational and licensing requirements. Candidates should hold one of the following licenses/credentials:
LSW LAC LCSW LPC CADC LCADC
Preferred qualifications include: LCADC with CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor) LPC, preferably with
CCS LCSW
with CCS and/or LCADC Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to manage a team and respond effectively to challenging clinical situations.
