Each of our centers provides the highest level of outpatient recovery services, focusing on cutting-edge, compassionate care.

The Opportunity We're looking for an energetic, highly organised and proactive Site Coordinator to become the operational owner of our physical sites. This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We're looking for someone with a "make it happen" mentality—someone who notices problems, chases solutions, follows up relentlessly and takes genuine pride in creating spaces that people love to work in and visit. You'll work closely with our Operations team, travelling regularly between our sites across Long Island and New York City to ensure every location consistently meets our operational, compliance and environmental standards. This is a hybrid role with regular in-person travel between sites. What You'll Own Site Standards & Experience You'll be responsible for ensuring every Victory Recovery Partners location consistently reflects the standards of our organisation.

This includes:

Conducting regular site visits and operational health checks Maintaining site standards using structured checklists Ensuring each location is clean, organised, welcoming and professional Identifying opportunities to improve each environment Coordinating site refreshes and upgrades Creating consistency across all locations while allowing thoughtful local personality Helping every patient and staff member have a positive first impression of our sites Facilities & Maintenance You'll become the central coordinator for all facilities-related activity across our sites.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating maintenance requests Following repairs through to completion Managing relationships with contractors and suppliers Scheduling preventative maintenance Coordinating furniture moves and office improvements Supporting office relocations and refurbishments Acting as the main point of contact for facilities communications Nothing should fall through the cracks. Site Compliance You'll coordinate operational compliance activities across every location, including: Fire extinguisher inspections HVAC servicing Fire alarm panel inspections Building maintenance schedules Annual operational inspections Compliance trackers and reminders Supporting additional operational compliance projects as required You'll ensure inspections happen on time, documentation is organised and sites remain operationally compliant. Patient & Staff Environment You'll continuously look for ways to elevate our spaces.

This includes:

Front desk presentation and first impressions Waiting room experience Motivational posters and branded displays Signage and wayfinding Staff break rooms and offices Office décor and seasonal refreshes You'll help create environments that people genuinely enjoy being in. Ordering & Budget Management You'll coordinate purchasing across all sites, including: Office supplies Promotional materials Swag and branded merchandise Furniture Posters and signage Site improvement purchases You'll manage budgets responsibly while ensuring our sites always have what they need. New Site Openings & Growth As Victory Recovery Partners continues to expand, you'll play a key role in preparing new locations.

This includes supporting:

New site launches Office setup Furniture and equipment ordering Site readiness checklists Operational discovery work De novo locations Acquisitions and integrations Project Management You'll keep all operational site activity organised inside ClickUp.

Tracking projects Managing task lists Following up with owners Monitoring deadlines Ensuring actions are completed You'll help keep operational projects moving across multiple locations simultaneously. Requirements Hybrid role with regular travel across Long Island and New York City. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation. Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
