Therapy Authorization Coordinator Location:
Training will be done at 986 Tibbetts Wick Rd, Girard, OH 44420. Hybrid schedule with one day a week in office at our Girard and Akron locations.
Business Hours :

Therapy Authorization Coordinators Include:
Address all insurance denials for therapy department and send appeals when necessary Answer general information questions and deliver messages Assist with therapy scheduling and availability Answer calls from clinical team members Assist Therapy Scheduler with task type changes Perform other duties as required
Job Conditions:
Position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines It is a primarily a desk job, which essentially involves sitting, standing, stooping, and walking, as well as an inordinate amount of telephone communication
Qualifications:
Medical Background preferred Insurance experience preferred Must have High School education Must have a minimum of six months office experience Must possess typing and clerical skills Must have a criminal background check Patriot Homecare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
