  • 100,000 Make a Difference Through Clinical Leadership Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring a Therapy Clinical Manager to lead and support therapy teams while driving clinical quality, performance, and operational excellence.
As a Therapy Clinical Manager , you'll coach and develop clinicians, improve processes, monitor performance, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to deliver high-quality pediatric care. This Therapy Clinical Manager role is ideal for an experienced healthcare leader ready to make a broader impact while growing with a clinician-led organization. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or related degree 3+ years of progressive professional experience Demonstrated experience leading people, processes, programs, or clinical operations Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to make sound decisions within established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle for job-related responsibilities Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed Ability to travel frequently within assigned service areas Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred:
