S UMMARY
Manages the planning, implementation, and evaluation of dental services.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Oversee clinical activities of Dental staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include participating in interviewing, hiring, and training of clinical staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining clinical staff; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Minimum of five (5) years of practice experience This position will be a BVCHC staff dentist and will continue to maintain clinical practice and meet all credentialing and privileging requirements for clinical staff appointment
