- Mid Atlantic is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within a defined territory, managing key customer relationships, and leading the implementation of Davol, Inc.
VA, NC, TN, KY WV, MD, DE, DC.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas for plastic surgery products within the Mid-Atlantic region. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, plastic surgeons, practice managers, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration for Davol's product line. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for customers. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Manage and negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms for Davol. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance to leadership. Attend and represent Davol at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional meetings. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical education, and customer service, to support sales initiatives. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Davol's product portfolio, clinical applications, and competitive landscape. Adhere to all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related scientific field. Minimum of 5 years of successful Surgical Device sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or reconstructive surgery. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively within the Mid-Atlantic region (up to 75%). Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
