Job Summary Kleros is seeking a high-performance Hospitality Lead
  • Airbnb Cleaner to join our growing short-term rental portfolio in the Anderson, SC / Martin, GA area.
This is not a basic cleaning position. We operate boutique, experience-driven properties and hold ourselves to five-star hospitality standards every turnover. This role covers our Anderson, SC properties as well as our Lake Hartwell and Martin, Georgia properties (Toccoa, Seneca, Westminster, Hartwell, Clemson, and nearby communities). Candidates living anywhere in this combined territory are welcome to apply. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with details, follows process precisely, and embraces guest readiness as if they were the one staying in the home. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role working directly with Kleros, not a third-party cleaning company relationship. We provide all cleaning supplies, systems, and scheduling coordination so you can focus on execution and excellence. We pay top-of-market rates because we believe in our product and take care of our team. Full weekend availability is required, and all major holidays are off. Responsibilities Perform detailed Airbnb turnover cleanings to five-star hospitality standards Follow established cleaning systems, checklists, and staging procedures precisely Prepare properties for guest arrival with full "guest-ready" presentation Restock consumables and report inventory needs Conduct self-quality checks before leaving each property Report maintenance concerns, damages, or irregularities immediately Assist with occasional deep cleans and property launch setups Support team needs when necessary to protect the guest experience Continuously improve efficiency while maintaining meticulous standards Additional Income Opportunities For team members who demonstrate reliability and attention to detail, additional paid opportunities may include: Property errand runs and supply pickups Assisting with property staging and setup during new launches Decorating, styling, and light furnishing installs Shopping for decor and curated items for new properties Helping execute aesthetic upgrades and seasonal refreshes Supporting overflow turnovers across our sublocations Assisting with residential cleans These additional opportunities are periodic and not guaranteed, but are a great way to pick up extra hours and show initiative. We train team members on Airbnb-specific aesthetics, guest psychology, and presentation standards that help properties stand out in a competitive market.
