Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and direct nursing unit activities to ensure high-quality patient care, efficient nursing operations within the Outpatient Surgery departments Oversee all nursing staff personnel, including scheduling and performance management Direct and monitor unit quality initiatives and compliance with standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina. Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience Supervisory Experience required Master's degree required within three (3) years of date of hire. If the Master's Degree is not in nursing then BSN is required with a Master's Degree in related field as approved by the Director/ AVP or CNO. Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advance (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months is required. Continues to learn and grow professionally through accepting assignments with differing nursing staff training initiatives, clinical development programs, and involvement in professional organization.
