Assignment Length:

This position is responsible for accurately recording patient information, processing insurance details, scheduling appointments, documenting patient charges, and collecting payments. The ideal candidate has healthcare experience, strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently in electronic medical record systems. systems Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently Record patient charges and collect payments when required Review information for completeness and accuracy Assist patients with registration and scheduling questions Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and internal departments Use computer systems to access, update, and document patient information Complete work efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment Requirements High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of relevant healthcare experience Previous

EPIC/EMR
