We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Coordinator to join a dynamic healthcare team. This vital role ensures the smooth operation of patient registration, appointment scheduling, and administrative documentation within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering exceptional patient service while managing vital operational tasks efficiently.Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) systems Strong experience with OnBase systems (highly preferred) Excellent customer service and communication skills Adept with computer systems and data entry Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Nice toHave Skills:
Prior experience with healthcare scheduling and billing processes Familiarity with medical terminology Experience working in a multi-location or hospital settingPreferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of relevant healthcare administrative experience Proven experience working with EPIC and OnBase systemsOther Requirements:
