You will plan and execute menus, manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls, and supervise, train, and schedule staff. In this role, you'll uphold Aramark's standards of safety, service, and inclusivity while driving continuous improvement and delivering memorable dining experiences that positively impact clients and communities. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality, safe food production Plan menus that meet client requirements, budgets, and Aramark standards Lead, train, and schedule culinary and service staff, fostering teamwork and inclusivity Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet financial targets Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations Collaborate with clients and internal partners to enhance service and guest satisfaction Monitor quality, presentation, and timeliness of all food offerings Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational innovation Required Skills Menu planning and development Food production management Staff scheduling and supervision Food safety and sanitation (HACCP, Serv Safe) Inventory and cost control Vendor ordering and receiving Culinary techniques and presentation Customer and client service Health and safety compliance Budgeting and financial reporting
