Schedule Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM-5:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM-4:00 PM Position Overview The Patient Care Coordinator serves as an important part of the patient experience, helping patients navigate their appointments, treatment, and overall care. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable communicating with patients and working closely with the dental team. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Communicate with patients regarding appointments and treatment Help patients understand treatment recommendations and next steps Assist with treatment coordination and follow-up Maintain accurate patient information and records Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams Support the practice in providing an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Previous dental or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Commitment to providing an excellent patient experience
