Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinic and MOHS Lead to oversee the daily operations of our dermatology clinic, with a special focus on Mohs surgery procedures. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical office management, healthcare practice oversight, and surgical support services. This leadership role involves managing clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing practice efficiency to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Lead the clinical team in delivering comprehensive dermatologic and Mohs micrographic surgery services while maintaining high standards of patient safety and satisfaction. Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow management, and medical administrative support. Supervise and mentor healthcare staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment. Manage clinic budgets, financial planning, billing processes—including medical billing—and ensure fiscal responsibility aligned with organizational goals. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and state/federal health policies related to medical records, documentation, and patient confidentiality. Oversee electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), EMR systems (Electronic Medical Records), and patient management software to streamline workflows. Maintain compliance with all health regulation policies while implementing best practices for quality improvement and utilization management. Skills 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred). Know your EMR/Practice Management software (eCW is a plus). History of assisting with Mohs procedures, specifically cutting slides. Be a Certified Dermatology Technician or be willing to get certified within 6 months. Experience with sterile processing and infection control. Supply chain/inventory management experience (preferred). Solid computer skills (Google Systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). $46,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
