Position Category Job Description The Manager of Clinical Student Success and Operations provides
day-to-day operational leadership and coordination for the Office of
Clinical Student Success and Operations. Reporting to the Director for
Clinical Student Success and Operations, this position coordinates
departmental workflows, student tracking systems, board readiness
processes, operational projects, and cross-campus implementation of
initiatives that support student progression and success. The Manager
serves as the primary operational resource for staff across all
campuses, ensuring projects remain on schedule, information is
communicated effectively, and approved processes are implemented
consistently
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in higher education, healthcare administration,
medical education, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and project
management skills.
Ability to manage confidential information and multiple
priorities
Preferred Qualifications Experience in undergraduate medical education.
Knowledge of osteopathic medical education and clinical education
operations.
Experience with educational technology platforms, dashboards, and
accreditation reporting
Physical Demands Frequently sits for extended periods while working at a computer.
Frequently performs repetitive keyboarding and office tasks.
Occasionally stands, walks, bends, reaches, and lifts up to 20
pounds.
May travel between campuses and affiliated clinical sites.
Maintains concentration while managing confidential information
and multiple priorities.

Job Duty Coordinate day-to-day operations within the Office of Clinical Student Success and Operations
Job Duty Support the Director in implementing departmental priorities and strategic initiatives
Job Duty Coordinate tracking of student progression, remediation, and completion of clinical curriculum requirements
Job Duty Monitor operational processes related to
COMAT, COMSAE, COMLEX
Level 2 readiness, and other assessment activities
Job Duty Maintain departmental dashboards, tracking systems, reports, and operational metrics
Job Duty Coordinate communication among Clinical Deans, Clinical Assessment personnel, Clinical Skills Workshop staff, Student Affairs, Academic Support, the Registrar, and other institutional partners
Job Duty Maintain departmental calendars, implementation timelines, and project plans
Job Duty Monitor implementation of approved operational workflows across all campuses
Job Duty Prepare reports, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation for departmental meetings
Job Duty Assist with accreditation data collection, documentation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Job Duty Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend operational improvements
Job Duty Maintain standard operating procedures and assist with onboarding and training
Job Duty Maintain strict confidentiality of student records and institutional information
Job Duty Perform other duties as assigned
