We are seeking a dependable and motivated Site Work Coordinator to join our team.

Role Summary:

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role responsible for preparing residential home sites for construction and completion. The Site Work Coordinator operates heavy equipment, manages site logistics, performs grading, drainage, and excavation related tasks, and communicates with team members, homeowners, subcontractors, and project managers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can operate safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare lots for foundation, utility, drainage, and erosion‑control goals
• Safely load, haul, operate, and maintain a skid steer, bushhog, Harley rake, and trailer
• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and required materials with vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare home sites for staging of materials, equipment, parking, and safe access
• Ensure proper drainage, elevations, and footing preparation
• Dig and backfill utility trenches, drain lines, and culverts
• Coordinate home site completion including dirt/gravel fill, final grading, and landscaping
• Inspect subcontractor work for quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Deliver, maneuver, and, load heavy or palletized materials
• Prepare concrete forms for driveways, sidewalks, landings, patios, and walkways
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans
• Maintain safe work practices and a clean, organized job site
• Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of equipment operation experience (skid steer, mini‑excavator, or similar)
• General building knowledge and the ability to learn quickly
• Strong work ethic, reliable, positive attitude, and problem-solving
• Respectful communication and ability to work well with others
• Ability to prioritize tasks in advance, while remaining flexible and adaptable to daily challenges
• Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently
• Physical stamina, with the ability to safely lift, twist, kneel, dig, rake, climb, and work in varied site and weather conditions and with a range of tools and equipment
• Current and unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential construction, excavation, or land management
• Familiarity with grading, drainage, and utility installation
• Basic concrete forming and finishing skills
• Cross-trained to assist other team members with building related tasks
• FMCSA Medical card
