We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as our Founding Clinical Director and help establish a clinic dedicated to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and long-term staff development. This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who wants more than just another position. We are looking for a leader who wants to help design clinical systems, mentor future staff, and shape the culture of a growing organization from its very beginning. Position Summary The Founding Clinical Director will work closely with the owner during the startup phase to develop clinical operations, establish evidence-based treatment systems, assist with insurance credentialing, and prepare the clinic for its anticipated January 2027 opening. During the startup phase, this role may begin on a part-time or consulting basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership position as the clinic grows. Responsibilities Conduct functional and developmental assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide BCBA supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Conduct parent and caregiver training. Assist with insurance authorizations and clinical documentation. Help establish clinic policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards. Recruit, mentor, and support future clinical staff. Collaborate with leadership to build an outstanding clinic culture focused on both excellent patient care and employee well-being. Qualifications Required Current BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree or higher. Experience supervising RBTs. Experience developing treatment plans. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Three or more years of BCBA experience. Experience with commercial insurance authorizations. Previous leadership or Clinical Director experience. Experience participating in a clinic startup or program development. Passion for mentoring clinicians and building strong teams.
