Duties Supervise and coordinate all administrative activities within the healthcare office, including scheduling, patient management, and staff oversight Manage financial operations such as budgeting, billing, coding, and medical billing processes to ensure fiscal health of the practice Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations including

standards, and health policy policies to maintain accreditation and legal adherence Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records), EHR (Electronic Health Records), and patient management software like TYNET EHR, RYZOLVE and
HHAEXCHANGE
for accurate record keeping and data entry ( Company will train) Lead human resources functions including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment Ensure smooth clinic operations by managing medical administrative support tasks such as medical records maintenance, appointment scheduling, and patient communication Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing patient inquiries promptly and professionally while ensuring confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management with a strong background in office management within a clinical setting Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
