We are committed to providing exceptional, personalized eye care while creating a welcoming environment where our patients and team members feel genuinely valued. We are looking for a warm, capable, and dependable Patient Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. Your Mission To create an exceptional first impression at every interaction-whether welcoming a patient into our office, answering the phone, scheduling an appointment, or helping someone understand the next step in their care. You will help ensure that each patient feels recognized, cared for, and confident that they have chosen the right practice. What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and professionally Answer phones and assist patients with kindness and confidence Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently Verify patient information and insurance benefits Assist with check-in, checkout, forms, and payments Communicate clearly with patients, doctors, and team members Help maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming front office Support the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly Our Ideal Candidate Is genuinely friendly and enjoys helping people Communicates professionally in person, by phone, and in writing Is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable multitasking Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in following through Is confident using computers and learning new technology Has clerical, scheduling, customer-service, or medical-office experience Has insurance experience, although this is a plus rather than a requirement Remains calm and gracious in a busy, fast-paced environment Wants to learn, grow, and become a valued long-term member of a team Our Culture Our team is guided by: Service and kindness toward our patients and one another Reliability, dependability, and promptness Honesty and personal accountability Professionalism and respect Teamwork and a willingness to help Curiosity, continued learning, and personal growth Position and Benefits Full-time position, Monday through Friday Early Friday closure at 1:30 p.m. Health-insurance benefits 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Professional training and educational opportunities Opportunities to expand your skills and responsibilities as you grow with our practice How to Apply Please submit your résumé along with a short introductory paragraph explaining why you believe you would be a great fit for Colleyville Vision Associates and the Director of First Impressions position.
