We are looking for a "True ray of sunshine". Your smile and positive attitude need to radiate through your entire being. The succesful canditate will be responsible for administering day to day activities of the business office including maintenance of the records of patients, scheduling of patients, accounts receivable, maintaining appearance and order of the dental office, presentation of financial and treatment plan options and recall or recare systems. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 1. Minimum of High school diploma 2.Any experience with sales and Marketing is a huge plus Experience in the dental field is a plus 3. Experience with Facebook marketing and powerpoint presentation creation 4.Ready and available professional references from previous employers and coworkers to affirm your ultimate integrity and ethical standards 5. A team player and able to adapt to office policy improvements(office is constantly striving for improved customer care and service) 6. Conflict resolution experience. We like to get along and we love our patients and our team. We are looking for someone who can spot a potential problem and resolve it before it becomes an issue 7. Customer service and patient relations experience. Quick response/ accurate data entry 8. Experience and true understanding of what it means to engineer the appointment book effectively 9. Experience preparing and presenting financial option plans and presenting plan options to patient at the end of their appointment 10.Accuracy, Honesty, Integrity, detailed oriented and an ability to always see room for improvement within one's own performance.
