Overview Back to Action Physical Therapy is a locally owned practice serving South Texas with four clinic locations. We specialize in outpatient orthopedic PT, aquatic therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation. Our team is tight-knit, our patients are loyal, and we take pride in the care we provide every single day. We're growing and we need someone versatile — a person who's comfortable on both sides of the clinic and takes pride in doing whatever the team needs. Responsibilities Care Coordinator Greet and check in patients Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and collect co-pays Maintain patient records in our EMR system What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual — this is the most important quality we hire for Friendly, professional, and comfortable with patients of all ages Able to stay organized while switching between clinical and front desk tasks Comfortable learning new software — we use an EMR system and will train you Bilingual English/Spanish required Compensation & Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Competitive pay based on experience How to Apply We do not accept walk-ins or emailed resumes for this position.
