Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service in a dental office setting. Monday/Wednesday/Friday:
8:45am-4pm with plans to expand. Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Verify insurance information
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office staff
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and record-keeping
  • Entering patient payments
  • Present treatment plans
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Experience as a Dental Receptionist is a plus
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and dental office procedures, or willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
