This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care. The Treatment Director (GRO) will champion innovative treatment approaches, foster a collaborative environment, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Lead and manage clinical teams in delivering evidence-based mental health and behavioral therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral management, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning to ensure personalized care for clients with complex needs. Supervise clinical staff in providing individual, group, and family counseling while promoting best practices in mental health counseling and psychotherapy. Coordinate crisis management and crisis intervention efforts to ensure client safety and effective resolution of urgent situations. Ensure accurate documentation of patient care using electronic health records (EHR), medical records, and HIPAA-compliant medical documentation standards. Facilitate clinical supervision sessions, staff training, and professional development to maintain high standards of patient care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, case managers, special education professionals, and medical providers to support clients with co-occurring disorders or neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder. Manage compliance with healthcare regulations such as

ICD-10/ICD-9

coding, CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical terminology accuracy. Lead quality improvement initiatives through data collection, research participation, and clinical research activities to enhance service delivery. Foster a culturally competent environment by working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and supporting families throughout the treatment process. Requirements Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or related mental health field; licensure preferred. Extensive experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with mental health conditions or developmental disabilities. Proven supervisory experience leading clinical teams within behavioral health or hospital settings. Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques, crisis intervention strategies, and addiction counseling principles. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for patient documentation and medical records management; HIPAA compliance essential. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder. Excellent case management skills including intake assessments, diagnostic evaluation, patient care planning, and social work practices. Ability to handle crisis situations effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-10/ICD-9) for accurate diagnosis coding; CPT coding experience is a plus.
