Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead behavioral therapy services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those on the autism spectrum. This role involves providing supervision, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. The BCBA Clinical Supervisor will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care through data-driven interventions and collaborative team leadership. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to behavior analysts and therapy staff, ensuring adherence to treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures, to develop personalized treatment strategies. Oversee data collection processes to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards, maintaining accurate medical records and reports in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate effective communication among caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers. Provide training and ongoing support to staff on behavioral health techniques, medical terminology, and best practices in patient care. Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits of clinical documentation and treatment efficacy evaluations. Skills Proven expertise in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education strategies. Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and behavioral health populations. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform clinical decisions. Knowledge of medical documentation standards, medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements related to medical records and patient confidentiality. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals. Ability to lead clinical teams effectively while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
