• Responsibilities
• + Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service + Complete patient check-in and check-out processes + Verify demographics and insurance information + Obtain pre-authorizations and pre-certifications as needed + Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles + Manage cash drawer and daily deposits + Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling + Process walk-in patients and visitors + Maintain and manage medical records, including scanning and filing + Help maintain a clean and organized lobby area + Perform additional administrative duties as assigned •Qualifications•+ High School Diploma or GED required + Previous EMR/EHR experience required + Knowledge of medical terminology + Strong customer service and communication skills + Experience with general office procedures + Basic Microsoft Office proficiency + Professional, compassionate, and clear communication style + Ability to operate standard office equipment •Benefits of Working with Adecco•+ Weekly pay + 401(k) plan + Skills training opportunities + Medical, dental, and vision benefits •Interested?
