What You Will Learn and Do Master Patient Experience:

Who You Are The Engaging Communicator:

Requirements:
Education & Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
0-1 year of customer service, front desk, or healthcare office experience. Strong verbal communication and the ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred:
Experience with Dentrix or other dental practice management software. Basic familiarity with dental insurance verification and eligibility processes. A demonstrated track record of strong customer service and a patient-first mindset. Physical Requirements Extended periods sitting at a workstation managing multiple screens and phone lines. Regular movement throughout the front office and lobby areas. Occasional exposure to a clinical environment. Ability to manage phone systems, computer workstations, and practice management software simultaneously. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
