We are seeking a dynamic Director of Surgical Services to lead and elevate a comprehensive surgical program across multiple specialties. What You'll Do As the Director of Surgical Services, you will oversee the full continuum of perioperative care, including: Operating Room (OR) Pre-Op & PACU Endoscopy Cath Lab IV Services & Non-Invasive Units You will: Lead strategic planning and daily operations across surgical services Drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives Optimize workflows, staffing, and resource allocation Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and executive teams Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Joint Commission Champion staff development, education, and clinical excellence What You Bring MSN (required) Active RN license + BLS certification 3+ years of Director-level leadership experience Strong background in surgical services and perioperative care Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive outcomes Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Details Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM On-Call:

Required (weekend phone availability)
