$265,000 - $295,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Medical Compliance for our rapidly growing health and safety company. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and manage all aspects of medical compliance within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company operations adhere to the highest standards of medical compliance, including licensing and regulatory requirements. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive medical compliance programs for the organization, ensuring alignment with local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee all medical compliance activities across the organization, including inspections, audits, and investigations. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all medical regulations and standards. Lead the development and execution of training programs to educate staff about medical compliance requirements and expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for all medical compliance issues, providing guidance and support to staff as needed. Monitor changes in medical compliance regulations and standards, updating company policies and procedures as necessary. Prepare and present regular reports on the status of the company's medical compliance efforts to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Medical Doctor. Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical compliance, preferably in a start-up. Comprehensive knowledge of medical compliance regulations and standards, including licensing requirements. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective medical compliance programs. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance issues to a variety of audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of medical compliance.
