Job Title:

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Join a healthcare team committed to creating a positive experience for staff and patients.

Requirements:

Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. 3+ years of administrator experience is preferred. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in long-term care.

Responsibilities:

Directs the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and Nexion policies. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, quality of care, and resident satisfaction requirements. Provides leadership and oversight to all department heads and facility staff.
