Job Description

Live Oak Oral Surgery is seeking a part time, customer service friendly front desk staff member to serve as a patient care coordinator. Compensation is commensurate with education and applicable experience. Oral surgery office and/or clinical experience preferred and the following dental experience required: CPR, Microsoft Office applications. data entry skills, multiline phone systems, copy/fax/scanner, filing, appointment scheduling/confirmation/recalls, coordination with referral offices, insurance verification, treatment planning, patient education, accept patient payments, daysheet reconciliation. This position requires the ability to multi-task, critical thinking, organization skills, strength in communication, team play, and basic math skills.
