Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and coordinating patient care services in a medical setting. This position is full-time with benefits. There is the opportunity for bonuses based on productivity. ## Duties
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and process billing information
- Assist with medical office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry ## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical administrative support functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
