Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center - Wichita Falls, TX Our busy and growing Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental or medical office professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Support the doctor with daily administrative tasks Assist with front-office operations and practice coordination Manage the schedule of patients appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. Audit unscheduled treatment plans for potential scheduling Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance related questions Present treatment plans clearly and professionally Prepare and submit insurance claims with accurate supporting documentation. Help oversee office equipment, computer and network services. Maintain organized records, office supplies, and administrative systems Assist with special projects and other duties as needed Qualifications At least one year of experience in a dental or medical office is required Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Professional, friendly, and compassionate communication style Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team Experience with insurance verification, treatment plans, and dental claims is preferred Proficiency with computers and office software
