We're looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has completed approved clinical supervision training and is excited to invest in the next generation of therapists while maintaining a fulfilling clinical caseload. What You'll Do Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy. Provide clinical supervision to associate clinicians in accordance with Utah regulations. Mentor, encourage, and develop clinicians through thoughtful feedback and consultation. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical quality and client outcomes. Foster a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented team culture. Maintain timely documentation and uphold the highest ethical standards. Qualifications Current Utah Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. Completion of Utah-approved Clinical Supervisor Training (or otherwise qualified to provide supervision under Utah regulations). Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Passion for mentoring and developing clinicians. A collaborative mindset and commitment to continual growth. This Position Is For You If...
