Patient Care Coordinator - Spanish Fork Timpanogos Hearing & Tinnitus Full-Time | Spanish Fork Timpanogos Hearing & Tinnitus is hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our Spanish Fork location. This is a front-office patient care role for someone who genuinely enjoys people, communicates well on the phone, stays organized, and wants to be part of a growing, high-tech healthcare practice. About the Role Our Patient Care Coordinator is the first impression many patients have of our clinic. You will greet patients, answer phones, manage schedules, help patients feel comfortable, and keep the office running smoothly. The right person will be warm, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping patients who may be anxious, frustrated, confused, or hard of hearing. You do not need audiology experience, but you do need to be kind, coachable, organized, and willing to follow systems. This is a great opportunity to help build a new location from the ground up. What You'll Do Responsibilities include: Greeting and checking in patients Answering phone calls using our office process Scheduling and maintaining appointments for two providers Responding to voicemails, emails, and patient requests Helping patients check out after appointments Collecting payments and entering invoices in QuickBooks Scanning paperwork and maintaining accurate charts Helping with appointment reminders Keeping the office clean, welcoming, and stocked with snacks and drinks Assisting with shipping and receiving for earmolds, repairs, and treatments Learning simple hearing aid cleanings and basic in-office support tasks Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy talking with people in person and on the phone Can stay calm and kind, even when patients are grouchy Are organized and detail-oriented Are comfortable learning new computer systems Like following clear systems and improving them when needed Take ownership instead of waiting to be told every next step Care about giving patients an excellent experience Want to be part of a goal-oriented team Our Core Values At Timpanogos Hearing & Tinnitus, we believe every patient deserves our A game.
